Are you a business owner in the McMinnville city limits who is exhausted and facing burnout from the ongoing issues related to COVID? Between the employee shortage, inflation, supply chain challenges, and operations issues, you may wonder how to get ahead or even where “ahead” is.

The Business Resilience: Bilingual Technical Support and Mentorship for COVID Recovery program focuses on areas most businesses struggle with. It isn't typical educational content, drenched in abstract theory, and hard to implement. This program is designed to give you the actionable steps, tools, resources, and support needed to stabilize and grow to whatever size you want.

The 9-week intensive consists of three in-person workshop-style learning with peers and six one-on-one mentorship meetings with McMinnville area business consultants.

The program is at no charge for McMinnville business owners, and up to 20 businesses will be selected to participate.

Those that complete the program will walk away with a strategic growth plan, steps to stabilize and grow, and a completion incentive of $350 or more.

The program will be offered in English and Spanish.

*Paid for by The McMinnville Business Recovery and Resiliency Plan (“Plan”), a State American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funded project secured by Rep. Ron Noble (HD-24) in the 2021 Oregon Legislative Session. The Plan addresses the ongoing issues related to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the Plan supports the community’s MacTown 2032 strategic plan goal of Economic Prosperity. This Plan is intended to have enduring value.
